For the first inquiry, a summary is enough. There is no need to send a complete guest list when all favors will carry the same message. If a later agreed arrangement needs more information, we can identify it then.

Wait for the actual terms before committing
For an ordinary order, the current expectation is dispatch in 1–2 business days and typical U.S. transit in 3–7 business days. A large or special order can need more preparation. Ask for the schedule that applies to your quantity instead of applying the ordinary range to it automatically.
Confirm the product, quantity, personalization, price, delivery destination and timing together. Do not assume that a larger quantity creates an automatic discount, free shipping, rush service or delivery to several addresses. If any of those would change your decision, include the question in your request.
Make the event handoff part of the plan
After delivery, leave time to count the finished gifts, check the labels and organize them for setup. Decide who will receive the package and who will bring it to the venue. If the gifts are distributed across tables or welcome bags, a simple count sheet prevents the same batch from being allocated twice.
