Return & Refund Policy

AdoreVera products are handmade and many orders are prepared as gifts, favor sets, or personalized items. For that reason, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, changed plans, wrong item choice, or products that have been opened or used.

Returns for damaged or defective items only

We accept return or replacement requests only when an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@adorevera.com and include:

  • your order number;
  • clear photos of the damaged or defective item;
  • photos of the packaging if the package was damaged in transit;
  • a short description of the issue.

Personalized and custom orders

Personalized and custom orders are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review names, dates, label wording, quantities, and product options carefully before placing an order.

Refunds or replacements

After we review the photos and order details, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate resolution for damaged or defective items. If a return is required, we will provide instructions before the item is sent back.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing normally takes 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected, or after we confirm that a return is not required for the damaged or defective item.

Return shipping

For approved damaged or defective item claims, AdoreVera will provide the return instructions and will not charge the customer a return shipping fee when a return is required. Please do not mail products back before contacting us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours so we can review the issue and offer the appropriate replacement or refund option.

Gift sets and bundles

If a gift set or bundle arrives damaged or defective, please include photos of the full set and the affected item. Partial resolutions are handled case by case based on the damaged or defective component.
