Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and unopened, in its original packaging
- The item must not be a custom or personalized order
- You must contact us at support@adorevera.com before returning the item
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Gift Sets & Bundles
Gift sets and bundles must be returned in their entirety. Partial returns of bundled items are not accepted.
