Holiday favor orders often cover more than one group: dinner guests, colleagues who cannot attend, hosts and a few people you plan to thank separately. A short allocation list prevents you from counting the same person twice or ordering the wrong kind of pack.
This planner uses the AdoreVera tea and honey gift-bag favors. The full Tea & Honey Gift is a packaged combination. Tea Only and Honey Only are separate component choices. Start with the gift format, then calculate the pack quantities.

There is no universal spare percentage. Choose extras according to the certainty of your list, then include them explicitly. For example, 24 intended recipients plus 3 named helpers plus 3 planned extras means 30 gifts, provided the helpers were not included in the 24.
Translate gifts into this product's packs
As checked for this guide, the full gift is offered in packs of 1, 5, 10 and 20. Tea Only and Honey Only are offered in packs of 1, 5, 10, 25 and 50. Available options can change, so confirm the current product menu.

These examples show quantities, not the cheapest possible price combination. Review the actual pack prices in the cart. A quantity of 2 next to a 20-pack means 40 favors; a quantity of 20 would mean 400.
For more than 50 favors, contact us with the total, selected format and event date. Larger quantities can be made by agreement and may need more preparation time. Use the large-order checklist if you need special wording batches, a specific configuration or delivery arrangements.
Separate the gift count from the cost
Build the budget from the selected pack totals, then include shipping and any tax shown at checkout. If you add your own cards or outer bags, include those costs in your planning too. Divide by the actual number of intended gifts only when you want an all-in planning figure.
Do not use the product's lowest “From” price as the price of the full gift. It may refer to Tea Only or Honey Only. A seasonal sale elsewhere also does not establish the price on the AdoreVera site.
Keep several gatherings easy to sort
Use a single broadly suitable message if one batch will serve every event. If different greetings matter, record each exact message beside its count and confirm the arrangement before ordering. The standard fields do not establish a service for printing a different name on every item or shipping to a list of separate addresses.
On arrival, check the selected contents, count and label text against your allocation list. Keep separate event batches identified until handoff. Store them according to the supplied product instructions; do not infer a long shelf life from the fact that a gift is intended for the holidays.
Work backward from the handoff date
Ordinary dispatch takes 1–2 business days, with typical US delivery transit of another 3–7 business days. Leave time to inspect the order and prepare your table or recipient bags. A holiday date is not an automatic delivery guarantee, and a larger agreed order may have a different preparation window.
