20-Character Tea Favor Label Ideas

20-Character Tea Favor Label Ideas

← Personalized Tea Favors with a Spoon in Organza

Short wording for this tea favor’s small label

Twenty characters can hold a warm message, two short names or a compact name-and-date combination. It cannot comfortably hold all three plus a sentence of thanks. Start by deciding what you most want the recipient to recognize.

The AdoreVera personalized tea-and-spoon favors use one optional personalization field capped at 20 characters. This guide is for that exact field. Other tea and honey listings may allow longer text, so check the product you actually select.

Ready-to-use short ideas

The counts include spaces and punctuation exactly as shown, without quotation marks or a final period.

Wording Characters Best use
Love is brewing 15 A wedding or engagement greeting
Steeped in love 15 A short tea-themed thank-you
Warm wishes 11 A seasonal or general greeting
Thank you 9 A simple message for any recipient
A warm thank you 16 A slightly fuller appreciation message
Happy holidays 14 A seasonal group gift
With love, Maya 15 A personal sender line
Maya & Leo 10 Names without a date
Maya & Leo 12.12.26 19 Short names and a compact date

These are message suggestions, not separate designs in the product selector. Replacing the sample names changes the count. “Maya & Leo 12.12.26” has only one character left, so adding even a short extra word will exceed the limit.

Shorten the message in a useful order

First remove any repeated information. If the favor is being handed out at the wedding itself, the label does not necessarily need the words “our wedding.” Names or a short thank-you may communicate more clearly.

Next choose between a greeting and a full date. If you want a date, keep its format easy for your guests to understand. Initials can save space, but use them only when recipients will know whose initials they are. A label should still feel personal after it has been shortened.

Finally, put a longer note on a separate card you provide. A small product label and a thank-you letter serve different purposes. The longer tea-gift message ideas can help with that separate card, but those paragraphs will not fit this product field.

The gallery shows a decorative hanging tag as well as the custom-text label on the packet. Confirm any request to change the tag separately.

Distinguish the personalized label from the decorative tag

The gallery shows a square custom-text label on the tea packet and a separate hanging thank-you tag. The 20-character field is the product's personalization field; it should not be treated as permission to rewrite every decorative element in the photograph.

If you want a different hanging tag, an image or a special layout, ask before ordering. Likewise, do not paste a list of guest names into the field and assume each favor will receive a different one. Describe that request with the quantities so it can be agreed explicitly.

For ordinary seating arrangements, keep the product label shared and use separate place cards. That makes the greeting consistent while allowing names to change without reworking the favor order.

Proof the text after choosing the pack

Choose Tea Only or Tea Gift Set first, then the pack size. Review the final text with the exact spelling, spaces, punctuation and date you intend to print. If you paste from a phone note, check for accidental extra spaces or line breaks.

Count the final version after every name substitution. Do not rely on the sample count beside a different person's name. A short greeting with a comfortable margin is often easier to manage than wording that only fits by dropping spaces between words.

Before checkout, read the cart's option and personalization together. Confirm that the correct message belongs to the correct quantity. For multiple wording batches, contact the shop rather than relying on an ambiguous note to split the order.

Personalize your tea favors once the wording is final. Return to the tea-and-spoon guide for contents and quantity planning, or read the spoon-versus-infuser guide if you are choosing the set for guests new to loose tea.
