For example, suppose you are preparing 18 room bags and want two full favors in each bag. You need 36 favors before any extras. If you choose one full favor per room bag, you need 18 instead. These are planning examples, not a recommendation about how many gifts a guest should receive.

For your own packing list, separate the count prepared, the count delivered to each location and any bags kept back. Assign an adult contact who knows where the remaining gifts are. These small checks reduce the chance of a well-prepared gift being left in the wrong place.
