What are AdoreVera products made of?
All our products are handmade in Brooklyn, NY using natural ingredients — plant-based oils, essential oils, raw honey, and botanical extracts. We never use parabens, sulfates, or synthetic fragrances. Every ingredient is listed on the product page.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.99. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.
Can I customize a gift set?
Our gift sets come in pre-curated combinations designed for the best experience. However, you can add a personalized gift card with your message at checkout. If you need a specific combination, contact us at support@adorevera.com and we’ll do our best to help.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your products! If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color and design are normal and not considered defects. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, but we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products use gentle, natural ingredients. However, everyone’s skin is different. We recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing. If you have known allergies, please review carefully or contact us for guidance.
How long do handmade products last?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 6-12 months when stored properly (cool, dry place away from direct sunlight). Bath bombs and bath salts last up to 12 months. Body butters and creams are best used within 6 months of opening.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding international shipping — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it becomes available.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals and use only ethically sourced ingredients. Our packaging is recyclable and we minimize waste in our production process.
