All AdoreVera products are handmade to order and shipped from Brooklyn, New York.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, Mother’s Day), processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Standard Shipping (USPS First Class): 3-7 business days
• Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail): 2-3 business days
• Express Shipping (USPS Priority Mail Express): 1-2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over within the continental United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through USPS or your Etsy account.

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
